Cut chicken into cube-sized pieces.
Combine all ingredients except for the lemon juice and butter.
Marinate chicken for 30 minutes (or longer).
Cook chicken in frying pan until done (165°F (73.9°C)) about 7 minutes. Since we are cooking with very little fat after you start to brown the chicken adding a few tablespoons of water will help the chicken cook through.
Serve with Lemon Garlic Rice or another side.
