Ingredients
  • 2 Lbs Chicken Thighs, Cubed
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes (add more or less to raise/lower the heat level)
  • 1/4 cup Scallions, chopped
  • Bang Bang Sauce
  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt, Plain, Low-fat
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice, Fresh Squeezed
  • 2/3 cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce
  • 1/4 cup Sriracha (add more or less to raise/lower the heat level)
Instructions
  1. In a large bowl combine chicken, extra virgin olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, cayenne pepper, salt, honey and crushed red pepper flakes. Toss to coat chicken well.
  2. Add chicken onto skewers if desired.
